Chantal grew up an entrepreneur, always dreaming up ideas to earn money. Whether it was selling used golf balls at the local golf course, or lemonade stands on the front sidewalk, she was passionate about earning money. With an Accountant for a father and a bookkeeper for a mother, discussions about money were common at the dinner table.
Despite her family background, Chantal tried on many hats before coming back to bookkeeping full time. She completed an Information Systems Technology Diploma at NAIT in Edmonton. She managed a public library in beautiful Peace River, AB. She completed a yoga teacher training in Byron Bay, Australia. Her passions took her many places – always learning, reading and travelling. After her first child was born, it turned out the apple did not fall far from the tree when she resumed bookkeeping as her primary occupation.
Chantal’s blend of Information Technology, bookkeeping and management experience give her a unique perspective on the changing technology in the bookkeeping field. She is quick to adapt to new technology and loves finding the best solutions to fit your companies’ needs. Chantal is passionate about streamlining processes and systems to help your business workflows get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Chantal is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (IPBC). She is also a Certified Advanced Online Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
